A little about me…
I’m an IT Support executive who is passionate about delivering IT support solutions that provide “over the top” service. I have over 20 years of experience in Information Technology with expertise in envisioning and leading IT support initiatives grounded solidly on business and economic value. I have broad-based experience in business technology consulting, IT support operations, and service delivery focused on helping clients provide the IT support services necessary to help them run their businesses successfully.
Over the last fifteen years, my focus has been on providing strategic local IT outsourcing, on-site technical services and comprehensive Service Desk, Help Desk and IT Operations assessments to provide improvements to the bottom line and turnaround of under-performing IT operations. Over that time I’ve built peak-performing teams that have consistently received rave reviews for their focus on service excellence. As a member of the executive team at Custom Computer Specialists in Long Island, New York, I contribute a seasoned, broad-based perspective to create pragmatic IT support strategies and implementation plans designed for maximum return at the lowest possible costs for our clients.
My focus is specifically on delivering world class IT support services focused on service excellence across many verticals. I’m ITIL Foundations and HDI Support Center Director certified and have consistently achieved record-high customer satisfaction with a 97% client renewal rate for my IT support teams.
As a respected team builder and passionate leader of customer-focused teams my goal is to instill a shared, enthusiastic commitment to providing the best possible customer service to our clients. I thoroughly enjoy leading, motivating, and coordinating technical teams to provide innovative technical solutions and ensure total customer satisfaction. I’m also co-President of the Long Island Chapter of the Help Desk Institute and have recently been voted to serve a two year term on the HDI Desktop Support Advisory Board.
In my spare time, I’m usually on the basketball court or softball field watching my two girls play. In the fall, it’s all NFL, all Sunday long (whenever possible!). I’m also a health and fitness enthusiast and former certified personal trainer who loves video games but has absolutely no time to indulge (growing up and having a family will do that!).
