University Of Texas Licensing Agreement

The agreement will allow CLC Texas to manage the nearly 200 manufacturers currently licensed to manufacture products with the famous Longhorn brand and other academic brands. Texas will also work with CLC to identify new retail opportunities, meet the needs of Longhorn fans, while implementing strategies to maximize the value of the Texas brand. “Our goal is to strengthen the Texan brand as one of the strongest of all sports, not just in college, while providing our fans and fans with unique brand experiences,” said Drew Martin, Senior Assistant Director of External Affairs. “Our licensed merchandise program is an extension of this goal, and this agreement with CLC will give us superior tools and resources to develop new branding opportunities.” Toronto–Acerus Pharmaceuticals Corporation (“Acerus” or “The Company”) (TSX:ASP); OTCQB:ASPCF) announced today that it has signed a patent licensing agreement (the “PLA”) with the University of Texas at Austin for technology related to nasal testosterone administration. As part of PLA, Acerus has licensed this technology exclusively worldwide in all applicable areas. Texas partially terminated its contract with Collegiate Licensing in 2016 to cut costs and transfer some of its licensing efforts to its own home.
