Notwithstanding the above, Blizzard guarantees up to ninety (90) days from the purchase of a license for the game that the physical media on which the game was distributed are, if necessary, free of hardware errors and processing. In the event that these media prove to be defective during this period and provide Blizzard with proof of purchase of the defective media, Blizzard, depending on its choice: (a) will correct any defects, (b) provide you with a similar product of a similar value, or (c) refund your money.
